Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and offered a spectacular view of San Francisco, complete with feather pillows, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a large screen Hi Def LED TV for the NFL playoffs. However, it would have been even better if they had included a bar fridge. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful staff who really cared about my experience, even contacting me when there was a booking issue. The location couldn't have been better, perched on the edge of the marina with breathtaking views and easy access to local shops and eateries. The dining experience was superb, with delicious food delivered to my room promptly each morning. Overall, a fantastic stay marred only by some noise from neighboring rooms.
My stay at the hotel was like a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were lacking in certain comforts such as headboards and rugs, making them feel somewhat plain. However, the hotel made up for it with lovely touches like feather pillows, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a large screen Hi Def LED TV, perfect for watching the NFL playoffs. The service couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, with staff going out of their way to assist with various needs including providing helpful information and resolving a double-booking issue proactively. The location was simply amazing, offering a great deck overlooking the San Francisco Bay with stunning views of the city. The dining experience was enjoyable, although the option to have breakfast in the common area seemed like a missed opportunity. Despite these ups and downs, my overall experience was quite positive.
The hotel offered a cozy stay with a lovely fire in the bedroom on a rainy evening, but the bright room made it a challenge to sleep in. The nightly rate was around $350, giving a mixed feeling about value for money.
